Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In San Jose, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 amβ3 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Came here looking to try something new, but unfortunately I left very disappointed. The only dish I somewhat enjoyed was the steak salad. The steak itself was cooked well and wasnβt chewy, which I appreciated. However, there was very little meat in the salad, making it feel skimpy for the price. We also ordered the pineapple curry, and it really lacked flavor. It was underwhelming and didnβt have the richness or depth you would expect from a curry dish. Overall, the experience didnβt live up to expectations

When you walk in, youre greeted by warm smile and a modern, beautifully decorated interior. The food was delicious all around starting the beef skewers to our main entree β hers: cat fish with coconut milk cooked in banana leaf & his: lemongrass stir fry. We also ordered fresh squeezed oj, hot tea and soda and finished off with banana coconut dessert. We came at an odd time of 2:30 pm so we had the entire place to ourselves and did not wait for seats. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be back!

Outside of Cambodia, this is the most delicious and authentic Cambodian food we have had. The service was great, and prompt. The fish amok was divine. The fish noodles were yummy. The tofu and green veggies was excellent. We also had fresh orange juice and the mango sticky rice, both were amazing. We will be visiting again.

We had a great delicious lunch with Khmer (Cambodian) food. The atmosphere is very nice and the owner, Mrs. Channy, is very kind to talk to us. We strongly recommend you to try, if you have not done yet.

I stopped in here based on the high Google reviews and my love for trying new types of food. Iβm a fan of SE Asian food, but had never tried Cambodian food before. So glad I stopped in! I had the Amok per the serverβs recommendation. It was delicious! Perfectly balanced flavors and perfectly cooked. The mango sticky rice was also highly recommended. I donβt normally order dessert, but I went with it based on how much I liked dinner. No regrets! It was the meal I was hoping to find. I was dining alone so I just wanted a casual place without crowds. A great meal without all the hype. βοΈ
